The hospital cafeteria is located on the second floor at the west of the building and is available to all visitors seven days a week during the following times:
Vending machines are also located in the outpatient waiting room area on the first floor.
Visitor parking is provided in designated areas of the hospital lot. Spaces for handicapped parking also are available. While we strive to keep all areas of the hospital secure, we are not responsible for vehicle damage, fire or theft while parked in the hospital lot. Our security staff is on duty around the clock. After 9 p.m., all doors are locked; please use the doorbell located at the front for admission after hours. The security staff will provide escorts to and from cars.
Family members may meet with clinical staff at biweekly patient conferences, arranged to discuss a loved one’s current condition and progress and to answer questions. Conference time may be scheduled by calling the case management department at (954) 926-3805.
When your doctor determines you no longer need the specialized services of our hospital but still require medical care, he or she may discharge you to a skilled nursing facility, a rehabilitation center or to home care. Our discharge planner will help arrange the services you may need after leaving the hospital.Medicare and supplemental insurance policies have limited coverage for skilled nursing care and home healthcare. Check your policies to be certain what services will be covered.
